  • Dirty Utility Sink

    The Simcraft Dirty Utility Flushing Sink is a multi-functional hygiene workstation which combines two of our most popular base sinks into one heavy duty unit. The unit is crafted from 304 grade stainless (acid-resistant 316 grade optional) and features a Laboratory Bowl on one side, alongside a Conical Flushing Rim which is connected to a flush valve to enable flushing of the sink. This configuration forms an effective hygiene workstation which can handle the disposal of liquid and solid waste in a hygienic fashion via the Conical Flushing Rim, with the Laboratory Bowl providing a washing facility. The benchtop itself can be made in any length and features a wet edge around the full circumference to facilitate containment of water and waste. Comes complete on heavy duty stainless steel frame with undershelf, 150mm rear boxed upstand and stainless plug and waste. Optional increased rear hob for mounting tapware. Can also be produced in the Cascade model whereby the flush-action Conical Flushing Sink is replaced by a Conical Cascade Sink, which allows a continuous non-turbulent flow of water down the sink.

  • Disabled Pan

    The Simcraft Disabled Pan is an AS1428-compliant version of our popular Toilet Pan unit. This robust, seamless and heavy-duty toilet features a smooth flowing, crevice-free design both internally and externally, which facilitates efficient flushing and a continually high overall level of hygiene, and features a single piece front enclosing skirt including an access panel for convenient access to the concealed outlet. The extended rear section aids accessibility, and the unit is fully WELS and WaterMark certified. Comes complete with rear 40mm BSP inlet and 100mm P or S-trap. Optional anti-vandal seats available or pre drilled seat mounting bracket holes.

  • Downdraft Ventilated Sink

    The Simcraft Downdraft Ventilated Sink is a utility workstation which combines our Downdraft Ventilated Bowl and Laboratory Bowl into one unit. Crafted from 316 grade acid-resistant stainless steel, this sink provides a versatile work area for facilities where noxious gases may be present. The Downdraft Ventilated Bowl is designed with a raised air outlet which when installed is connected to an extraction system to effectively remove any hazardous gases present. The raised air outlet is protected by a ‘domed hat’ which ensures that no liquid can enter; the grading of the base tray ensures that all liquid runs off to the 50mm outlet beside the air exhaust. The base tray and air and liquid outlets are protected by a removable grated panel which provides a flat surface for working on while being easily removable for cleaning of the unit. The sink also features a laboratory bowl for washing up and ablutions, available in a variety of sizes, as well as a wet edge around the entire top circumference of the benchtop and a 100mm rear hob suitable for mounting tapware, which can be provided upon request. This unit is popular for use in pathology and forensic laboratories, medical research facilities, university laboratories and hospitals.

  • Drink Trough

    The Simcraft Drink Trough is our base level drinking unit. Fabricated from single sheet 1.2mm thick 304 grade stainless steel, the unit features a 110mm rear upstand as well as an angled front hob with raised lip which is ideal for mounting drinking bubblers whilst ensuring maximum water containment towards the included 50mm outlet. The unit comes pre-plumbed as standard with G316 Stainless Steel Lead-Free bubblers and push valves. The unit is also supplied with heavy duty brackets for wall hanging or available in a free standing version.

    The Simcraft Floor Cleaners Sink is a floor-mounted version of our popular Cleaners Sink. It is ideal for use by cleaners and janitors of commercial buildings for the removal of waste water from cleaning floors. The sink is crafted from 304 grade stainless steel and has a highly durable design which resists wear and tear. It comes in two standard sizes (21 or 30 Litre) and features a 160mm deep bowl with heavy duty hinged grate to facilitate emptying of mop buckets with a minimum of heavy lifting, as well as providing bucket storage when not in use. Supplied with heavy duty floor brackets. Rear blade upstand optional.

  • Floor Flushing Rim

    The Simcraft Floor Flushing Rim is a conical waste removal unit fabricated from 316 grade stainless steel. The unit is designed to be set into the floor to facilitate immediate and hygienic removal of waste from the surrounding area. The unit is connected to a flush valve, and when flushed the unit’s folded upper lip effectively distributes the flushed water around the top of the cone, from which point the water runs down and flushes all waste from the unit. The unit comes with a 110mm outlet as standard for effective removal of both liquid and solid waste. Adjustable S.S. 110mm P-trap can be provided. Suitable for use in hospitals, aged care centres, laboratories and medical facilities.

  • Knee Operated Basin

    The Simcraft Knee Operated Basin is a heavy duty wall-mounted unit perfect for use in ablutions by multiple users where cross-contamination may be an issue. The unit is made in 304 grade stainless steel as standard, and comes pre-plumbed with a tap fitted with tempering and time-flow valve, which is activated by pressing in the knee panel fitted to the front fascia of the basin. Also included are heavy duty wall brackets and WaterMark certified 40mm waste outlet.
