  • Bucket Trap

    The Simcraft Bucket Trap is hand-crafted from 304 grade stainless steel. It features a 225mm diameter cylindrical body with an outlet pipe at the base of the unit and a puddle flange mounted on the outside close to the top. The unit includes a removable perforated bucket which sits snugly in the cylindrical body, where it catches detritus such as food scraps or solid waste from the waste water, which falls to the outlet below. Also included with the unit is a stainless steel grate to sit on top and a copper elbow connection for the outlet. The unit comes in both concrete and vinyl floor configurations, with inlet pipes optional. This unit is ideal for applications such as commercial kitchens where solid waste should be removed from waste water.

  • Floor Flushing Rim

    The Simcraft Floor Flushing Rim is a conical waste removal unit fabricated from 316 grade stainless steel. The unit is designed to be set into the floor to facilitate immediate and hygienic removal of waste from the surrounding area. The unit is connected to a flush valve, and when flushed the unit’s folded upper lip effectively distributes the flushed water around the top of the cone, from which point the water runs down and flushes all waste from the unit. The unit comes with a 110mm outlet as standard for effective removal of both liquid and solid waste. Adjustable S.S. 110mm P-trap can be provided. Suitable for use in hospitals, aged care centres, laboratories and medical facilities.

  • Plaster Trap

    The Simcraft Plaster Trap is a filtered drainage unit designed for use where waste water needs to be filtered to remove solid particles before the water enters the plumbing, such as medical facilities, laboratories or art rooms. The cylindrical body of the unit is handcrafted from 304 stainless steel, and features a stainless steel outlet (with copper connection included) as well as a puddle flange around the top on the outside to effectively contain water. The unit is supplied with a removable silt bucket which is perforated around the top section; when dirty water enters the unit, any solid waste particles settle in the bottom of the bucket whilst the cleaned water is allowed to overflow through the top of the bucket and down to the outlet. The bucket can then be removed so the collected waste can be disposed of separately.
